Crafted from quality raw material, this professionally CNC machined handle kit fits the AK 5.5, AK 6.5, and AK 8. We originally designed this handle at The Knife Connection for use on ESEE 5/6 knives back around 2014, and it was a home run from day one. We have received countless positive reviews through the years for its incredible ergonomics. Our handles are designed to provide a solid, comfortable grip for extended use in the field. They feature a streamlined contoured profile so the knife fits more naturally and comfortably in your hand. The light textured finish provides excellent grip in slippery use situations, and cleans up easily. The blade’s lanyard hole sits just behind this handle, providing a secure location to attach your lanyard.
Installation is quick and easy. Instructions and mounting hardware are included. With little practice, you can easily install your AK 5.5, AK 6.5, or AK 8 handle scales in as little as 60 seconds.

I really was please with the AK 5.5 as it helped with many bushcraft, hunt, cook and served many purposes and was great. I am learning to trust it as i have sold many knives trying to find the one but have kept just two over all the years i could not sell, and this will be the third. I had my Architect 5.5 Magnacut blade up in the Catskills of New York state and my new knife performed beyond expectations… My Architect knife easily handled all camping tasks, fire building, and wood working even better than I had hoped for.
